Spring Oauth Security server for authentication and authorization

This project for one of my client to provide oauth2 authentication and authorization server. It is similar to spring uaa but we can create a custom project using spring-oauth2, spring-security and spring-cas(for authentication using ldap). The frontend will be using angular js. I initially created a architecture framework to start with. We need to fill the following clients requirement. 1. Application can do authentication to login. Some of them are dot net based application so we need to create sdk or api for application to communicate. 2. This is not needed soon bur eventually. Oracle database login using spring ldap. 3. UI interface to Create groups and roles for users. 4. Ticketing system integration when issue happens. I think this already in spring cas module. Last thing is we need to reduce or completely avoid using spring xml and use java configuration. The database suppose to be mongodb or mysql or oracle.
