I want the logica SMPP client modified so that it dumps incoming SMS messages into SMS_IN subfolder
and pushes out outgoing messages from SMS_OUT subfolder
The file format should be as follows
LINE1: SENDER MOBILE NUMBER
LINE2: SHORTCODE
LINE3: MESSAGE CONTENT
The filename should be a [login to view URL] file in the format
