Java AI/MAS programming

Hello There, I need someone to help me in JAVA programming to implement some common problem regarding AI/MAS*, I attach the requirements for two tasks/services into separated folders, so anyone interested can pick one of them or both and contact me within two days. Also, I attach similar application codes in Java to help the programmer to grasp requirements and use a piece of these codes to speed up delivery. Kindly, be informed that I have timeframe limited which it must be delivered in end of this week, so anyone with speed delivered is highly preferred. So, here I'd to suggest two options: - The first is to modify the attached application to meet requirements exactly. - The second is to start from scratch and make something meets the requirements and use the attached code to helps you. Anyone able to do this in PYTHON is also welcome. Please keep in your mind, this has to do it in a simplest, less tidy matters, so don't complicate the things on you. finally, the budget mentioned is for two tasks, so if you find the budget that I mentioned is suitable for you.
