java full screen public kiosk function

i have a simple fullscreen application which is intended to be used on public kiosk terminals.
i don't want anyone to be able to go around the fullscreen without entering password and username.
i have extended the application from JDialog instead of JFrame, because it should not be visible on windows taskbar.
I have made a tray icon for it and there should only be the tray icon.
this project is about:
1. avoiding alt-tab, windows key or any other key (windows hotkeys) to minimize the software. after user login the hotkeys should work again. this could be done e.g. through group policy, but must be activated or deactivated by the java application
2. every ten seconds the software should go back to fullscreen again (this function should be testable when uncommenting the hotkey part)
actionlistner for this would be even better but the mentioned solution is sufficient for this project.
