Help with marketing for online Shopify Store

Hey all, I am bringing back a store that I previously stopped using and need help marketing it. To be honest I am on a very tight budget, but to make things easier I have roughly 30,000 emails that I can use to generate new leads, especially on facebook, and retargeting. I am also willing to give up a percentage of sales to anyone interested. Please let me know if this is something you can help with.
