You have an application library in Windows, and you want to port it to linux? Do you have the source code? If so, just recompile it for another architecture. If not, do you have the requirements for the library, what it does, how it does, etc. It needs to be re-implemented. How about instead of using JNI to integrate to a native library, use microservice architecture and make your new application a RESTful API application? But then you will need to do some slight changes to your existing Java implementation.

Hello. I checked your job description and am interested in this project. By following your job description, I can notice you already created Java project by integrating DLL in Windows platform for face recognition, and going to migrate it on Android or LInux based platform. This task will be divided into 2 major parts: porting the current face recognition library into Linux (or Arm cross compiler for Android), and next is to create JNI interface to operate face recognition module. The most challenge part is the porting library because that library could use various dependencies such as zlib, libpthread and etc. Also If the library is not programmed for cross compiler support, it needs huge effort to migrate the code, for example, the library only uses win32 apis or thread management, its parts has to be completely rewrite again. I already worked on various cross compile job about open source library customization by using CMakefile, CygWin, MingW and etc. also I ever made JNI interface for so file integration, before.
