Desktop application PDF edit and save as PDF, excel report generate from PDF. please bid only if you are interested and can do it. web-developer don't bid. <for desktop application> choose a pdf drawing which we want to edit and convert it into any other form (example: pdf into word) so that we can edit it. after editing of balloon at every reading and a serial number in balloon save it... and at last convert it into pdf file ( balloon and serial number should be in it) now auto generate a report which is a with particular serial number and drawing [login to view URL] we located balloons. for balloons please find attachment.
