Debug an old java code

Hi,
I need to debug a java code to make in run. For now, when I run it, it throws an error.
My goal is to rewrite it in python and for that I need to be able to run it in debug mode.
Please note that you only need to make the necessary changes on the java code to make it work and provide the changes that you have made.

1- Normally the code read arguments from the commandline but what I did for now is create a wrapper function of the main function to pass the arguments. You'll find it in :
src/test/java/com/rdccaa/nlp/[login to view URL]
2- The paths in the attached photo can be changed with the [login to view URL] file. You can locate the file in :
opinosisTest/src/main/java/data/input/
