Stats are multicast from an ACD system. The Windows GUI that needs to be developed in C# or Java needs to pickup those stats and display them in various Windows based on user selections. The stats are multicast every 5 seconds and the windows GUI needs to pick them up and refersh the grid within the windows. We have a sample C# code for this. This needs to be enhanced to meet user requirements. We estimate that we require 200 hours of work to build the GUI to our requirements.
