Customer Care o Sales Manager a Sofia

Dear sir. I am an Italian native. I have experience with eCommerce from Bulgary. I will write the name of the eCommerce only on chat. I start with 20 hours and 4 coworkers, and in short time I was doing alone 90% o the calls to Italy. And was accepted my request to be paid 25% more. Ìm in the Philippines, 200 meters from the Low Government chamber that mean no powercut and high-speed internet stable. Working from home is a big plus here so I can ask only 1200 euro if you let me work here home-based I have to get from that income my pension, my illness, my holidays, my 13th salary etc.. I know zero Bulgarian but I doǹt need that. I talked with Bulgarian boss using English. They check my real working time with eCommerce software that track my online activity like editing or being busy in calls. Being Italian, relocated here 15 December 2017 I know well mind the attitude of Italian customers. This is the reason that made me fastly cover 90% of the service alone. My Bulgarian coworkers that speak Italian doǹ̀ t knows how much Italians are in financial crisis and have fear on scamming and warranty. So for me do the same work for an Italian company mean an improvement with a surely most aware entrepreneur with a better culture of work. I was forced many times to explain to my boss how to work around the system to not stop working activity. Right now ì m waiting because they are changing courier. I can start asap.
