I need to make a sports facility search app

I am looking for an experienced app developer to create a sports facility search app for me. This app would include fields, courts, swimming pools, and all other sports. It will also feature a booking system for users to reserve the facilities. This app should be available on both Android and iOS platforms. The developer will need to design a user interface that is intuitive and easy to use. They should also incorporate features such as a rating system and a location search to help customers find nearby venues quickly and easily. The app should also be well optimized and perform smoothly even when there is a lot of activity. Development of separate administration panels for facility owners, being able to withdraw money from reservations made by application users, after a 10% charge for each reservation made through the app (example: 10% of R$150 (one-day rental) = R$15 for app owners), being able to change the available times of the day. A panel for administrators, being able to change the commission % of each establishment, being able to change everything on the platform. And a panel for users who have made their reservation, to unbook, etc... The platform generates revenue through commissions on reservations made, part of which goes to the platform's administration. Additionally, there is an e-commerce section where sporting goods can be purchased. Integration with WhatsApp for direct communication with facility owners.
