SEO my Website

I’ve recently built a new website and I’m looking for an SEO expert to help increase my online presence. No SEO has been done to date but I’m looking for organic link building methods and not automation. All SEO practices must adhere to the latest google updates and I also require submission of my site to all major search engines, I’m looking for a complete starter package. Submission to all top directories, blog posts, social media, back links from reputable sites, press releases ect. All content must be unique and I will not accept spun or copied content. I’m looking to build a solid foundation that I can continue to build on as opposed to short term results that are quickly penalised.
