Send 34,000 emails and Maintain Sender Reputation

I have a pretty basic job, but the important thing here is that I need someone to do it in a way that maintains my domain’s reputation and cleans the list very effectively. If you bid on this project, please communicate in your bid that you understand this and how you will address it. I have a list of 34,000 emails with First and Last Name that have been scraped from the web. My aim is to eventually use MailChimp or similar to send emails, but first I need to make sure that the list is clean. That way when I do switch to MailChimp there are not too many spam, bounces and unsubscribes. It is very important to me to maintain my domains reputation and not to be sending emails to people who don’t want it. I am looking for someone to help with this process and also advise if I am missing steps or there is a better way of doing this. I have already used a list cleaning service HuBuCo (let me know if I should do it again with another service). My Plan is to first send out a very simple email where I do not do any heavy marketing. Just “Hi there”. It will be a simple email with perhaps a logo. I will need you to check the template I provide is correctly formatted. It would also plug in the address’s name and a custom unsubscribe link into the email. - At first I will ask you send it to 20 addresses to check everything looks good - Then perhaps 500 addresses to check again - Then the remainder of the list I will need you to collect all SPAM, hard and soft bounces. I have an unsubscribe form, but it requires the user to input their email address. I would prefer one that auto-populates that from the email link. If you have one available that would be great. Again, I would rather have people unsubscribe now, than later on get spam reports. If this works out well, then I would like to do a similar send in about 3 weeks to again flush out more unsubscribes. That will be a separate project which I would probably award to the same person.
