I saw your post and it jumped out at me! I've been working as a customer service representative handling emails and calls for more than 3 years in a fast-paced environment. I can share my experiences into your company.
Unfortunately, I don't have any experience on shopify but I am willing to be trained. I've been using Fresh Desk, Fresh Chat, Fresh Caller and Google drive for almost four years now and been a team leader for more that 3 years. I respond email for at least 200 per day depending on the number of unresolved emails. Aside from answering emails, I also respond to PayPal Claims, Dispute and Chargeback.
