This is a full time position but before full time is offered to you you will be given a task to optimize a highly competitive keyword and will be paid on a performance basis for that keyword - meaning if you don't get it to rank within a given time frame you will not get paid. You need to be confident of your SEO skills and your ability to rank. If you're not please don't bother applying - we will not pay you anything. We will only pay someone who can produce good results. The pay for the full time position will be negotiable after the trial period.
