Virtual Assistant ongoing for administration, organisation, web research

I need a Virtual Assistant that can help me to manage my internet marketing business. I\'m looking for someone to work long-term, flexibly and on an hourly rate. Initially the work will be focused on administration, data processing, and research tasks, but it would also be envisaged that as you learn the business there would be more work that could be supported. I\'m looking for a specific individual and not an agency. Good quality English is a must.
