Create art work for a product i want to sell.

Hi There,
I am a new business planning to launch a pet product in 2018. I need someone who is skilled at drawing to create the product I have envisioned. Since dogs come in all sizes, I need one piece of art a small version, and one large. The product is a belly band with a pocket at the top for a heating pad insert. I am creating a heating pad for dogs who suffer with arthritis, kidney failure, hip dyslasia, injuries and more. There is already a product out called a dog belly band which is basically how my product should look with a pocket on top. My manufacturer needs art work to get started. Thanks for your help!
The photos I have added are an example of whats out there in the market already. I cannot have the Velcro at the top , as that's where I want the pocket. The bottom would be the Velcro piece..
