coding to get audio to replay on iPad when user select replay

I am nearing the next phase of my project.

The next phase will be ending the study and charging for access to the program I have presently been offering free in a research study. (I plan on closing enrollments in our study January 31st, selling it Feb 15, and starting a Kickstarter campaign for the game version on March 1st).

In a few weeks, I will begin seeking quotes for the game version of the program that I have presently.

But, right now, I need to pay someone to answer the dilemma below. This dilemma is a tiny "project", but it may help develop a relationship which leads into the MUCH larger project mentioned above.

I need a pinch-hitter. I have an audio which I am delivering to people via a survey ([login to view URL]).

The audio is presently in the form of HTML5 <audio> as an mp3. It

all works great, until those with an iPad (and presumably iPhones) try

to replay the audio. I understand that iPads don't like to give access to audios

and videos to download until they have been given explicit permission.

The problem is that when they try to replay the audio, it simply changes the play button

into a pause button and shows "streaming". It will correctly work

again if I reload the screen.

I am looking for a simple (as possible) code solution that I can use within FluidSurveys that will

allow iPads to replay the tones I deliver within the survey.

23 bids so far, but only one person has taken the time to respond with a question for clarification. So, I will be deleting all bidders in 24 hours (who I have not already been in touch with) that do not respond, beginning with the word "Synergy"and ask something related to the attachment.

This attachment shows the code used presently (in the "Extra Description" box.).

I expect this project will take 1-3 hours. It is a matter of knowing of finding how to add audio to a survey with code that an iPad will allow to be *re*played. I understand this project is VERY small, but if done well, it will build a relationship. I have bigger project in the works.

As stated previously, I believe the problem is Apple(R) restrictions on playing audio, not with FluidSurveys.

What I need is the code. We will place it in the program in the many locations it will need to go. I prefer the code to be HTML5, if reasonable. I also prefer the code to be able to be put within the <audio> tag, but I will leave it up to you to tell me if that is possible. There is a place withing FluidSurvey to enter javascript, but this will require much more code replacement, which i would prefer to avoid.

If you get the code -- that works within the framework of FluidSurveys -- to me in a day or 2, I will gladly pay $50-$100, even if it only takes you 5 minutes to come up with the answer. I asked for expert ($50 +) on this project, because I want someone who already knows the answer and can just hand it over to me. I will pay $50-100, because there is a minimum amount that I think is appropriate for your trouble.
