I need an app to control the following: Me -> Client 1; 2; 3... -> Request <- Quote (Hours, Mileage, Expenses (Hotel, flight, meals, taxi, tolls) -> Assignment xxx; xxx... -> Assignment package/inspection package -Sub-client -Site/Shop/Factory/etc... -site contact -equipment/product/asset/etc... -Budget (hours, meals, hotel...) -Inspection dates -Instructions -Files/Specs/drawings/Forms/formats/etc... -> Visit 1; 2; 3... <- Visit1 outcome -inspection report -pictures -Attachements <- Visit charges -Timesheet -expenses report -Invoice -> payment From visit outcome part I will need an iPad app so I can go to site and do my inspection take pictures evaluate work witness tests etc... something like a home inspection but this is for items on a PO for a project (pumps, heat exchangers, Transformers, valves, exhaust systems, steel fabrication etc... and at the end of the day go to my mac and have everything there to write the report on my clients formats
