I need an iPad application that is fairly simple. I have built a photo booth for a car dealership. An iPad 2 is built in the center. A customer sits down and see's a splash screen that has the company logo and something to the effect of "Please tell us about your experience shopping with us". The customer hits the record button and the iPad 2 camera records their testimony. When that are finished recording another splash page that thanks them for their time.
