A startup with an office in Mohali Punjab needs ongoing HR management activities, to be carried out for several hours per day, some of it from home, some of it from the office in Mohali.
The HR manager will build the HR infrastructure required for the growth of the company, sustain it and extend it with the increase of the number of employees.
Responsibilities:
1. Administration of human resource policies, procedures and programs in area of talent acquisitions, salaries & wage administration, employee relations, training and development, Performance management, etc.
2. Interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action.
3. Recruiting software developers, testers and project managers; building a database of candidates for future recruitment; interviewing and testing candidates.
4. Handling joining and exiting formalities of employees.
5. Maintaining records of leave and attendance; Processing Payroll on monthly basis.
6. Resolve grievances or queries of the employees.
7. Arranging events and fun activities; Cooperating with 3rd parties for benefits.
Candidates MUST have the following general requirements:
1. Minimum 3-5 year recent experience in overall HR activities, from SOFTWARE/IT companies.
2. Deep understand of software development technologies and environments (.Net server side, Xamarin hybrid mobile, different frameworks of Front-End Web development, etc.),
3. Proven successful experience in recruitment of software-developers and related jobs.
4. Strong knowledge and experience with human resource policies, procedures and programs.
5. Excellent peoples management skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH
