Remake the Google Docs editor in HTML5

For a project, I need a working editor which is similar to google docs. It must have pagination for Letter size, and have all the formatting features found in Google Docs. Also, I need an easy function to encode and decode the data in the editor to a value I can put in a URL/HTTP Request.
