I need a Squarespace developer

At its core, All In A Row is a visual platform showcasing the creative abilities of New Zealanders.
We are looking to upgrade and change a few things around the site. Its been created with Squarespace and we would like to keep it there, but some improvements are needed. The challenge will be that there is an existing template in places.
-Gallary like page that displays the posts in thumbnails. Needs pagination of something. There is a gallery-like page already but it caps out at 30 posts and doesn't have the ability to load more.
- Advertising widget space, along the sides but only on the gallery pages and post pages, so not on the home blog page and contact.
-The banner image, which will chance on the whole page render, I have a set of 4 or so from local Artists.
-Better dynamic CSS for different screens sizes.
