Looking for a React expert for the front-end dashboard development using ReactJS

We are a team of full stack developers and PhD computer scientists who have developed a novel approach to data extraction and data capture from all types of business documents. Our technology is being trialled with a number of new enterprises, via our commercial API. We are looking to offer our technology to a new market segment, which requires more than just an API, so we are developing a dashboard UI for customers who require this level of functionality. The deliverable is a dashboard built with ReactJS. The dashboard includes one main menu on the left side of screen, with a document queue as the main focus point. The dashboard also has a settings menu and user admin menu. Additionally, there are 4 sub-page that allow the user to drill down into further detail. We have a high fidelity mockup with UI interactions and can share this for interested parties. The successful candidate must be able to convert the mockup into a highly polished frontend for deployment. We would expect the candidate to also write automated tests using Jest and Enzyme to a coverage level of 95% or more. Back-end isn't finished yet. You will work with a back-end developer.
