Looking for Angular Expert

I am looking for angular expert who can fix some issues. When you go to [login to view URL] You'll find examination "software" / a testing interface. You can take the sample exam and everything works fine. However, the problem is, on IE 11 & Edge ONLY, when finishing the 30 question exam, the rationale button often doesn't work. Sometimes you can click on it for a minute without effect, other times it works but it takes a bizarre long time to load (i.e. 10-15 full seconds). Interestingly, the View answers button always works without issues, even when the View rationales button doesn't work! To give you some examples: On IE 11: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I can click forever, and nothing happens. If, however, I click the View answers button, it immediately works. Even more strange, if I right click the Rationales button and press "Open", it works instantaneously. Also, from the Answers screen, if I click the Rationales button, it works too, without issues. On Edge: [login to view URL] It's exactly the same problem as on IE 11. On Chrome: [login to view URL] The problem does not exist. We need someone who can dive into this issue and find out what, exactly, is causing this problem on IE 11 & Edge. Please let me know if this is something you can accomplish.
