Help Configure Affiliate Marketing WP Site

I've got a mostly built website, but I've hit some snags that I need help with. Basically, I'm trying to get Affiliate WP to do things it's not really designed for, but I've gone too far to turn back, and there shouldn't be anything outright prohibitive about our platform selection (though it's made me loathe wordpress altogether). Put simply, I need help embedding TOU acceptance forms into auto emails sent out to people who sign up to become affiliates. When that applicant responds, I need another email to go out to admins and that person to be added to a "Pending" category. AffiliateWP does most of that, and I've already figured some of it out. It's really a matter of connecting services, I think...because I believe we'll need a third party email provider to embed a proper form, though I think you can embed html in the auto emails already setup, but I don't know HTML...so that's where you come in! See how my explanation of needs lacks clarity? That's why I'm looking for someone local I can meet with, your place or mine or coffee, to show you what I'm talking about. I'm willing to be you can solve this stuff for me in one sit down and an hour or two at most. I'm thinking $150 flat for no more than two hours of your time for our initial, and quite possibly only consultation, but I can be flexible on time and rate. If we/you need more than that, we can talk about it. Specific knowledge of AffiliateWP would be ideal, but it's not a must. I require that you be pretty solid working with wordpress in general and have at least A LITTLE experience with a mass email services, like MailChimp or another popular platform. You must also have experience with form creation that includes an html button that triggers actions...etc. Would also be nice if you can help cleanup some formatting issues created by a ridiculously restrictive WP template.
