Create a google app script that saves web page link to home page

Need to create a google app script that will be called by clicking a button on a google site. Upon clicking the button, a link to the google site will be created with an icon for the site on the home page of the users mobile device. As part of the delivery, a document outlining how to install on google sites (both classic and new) and also how to change icon (or use the icon for the google site) as well as how to call the script from a button click on a google site. This needs to work for both Android and iPhone at a minimum. I have attached a javascript library that does this that can be used as part of the solution or just for reference. To be considered for this project, you must have demonstrated google apps script experience. Please provide examples of your relevant google apps script experience in your proposal. You will be required to provide a placeholder google apps script with documentation on how to install that will be called from a button click on both a classic google site and a new google site that simply alerts the current date time when the button is clicked. Once this is completed, you can continue with the rest of the project. The project must be completed by tomorrow Tuesday 5/22/2018 by 6pm Eastern Standard Time (US).
