Built a sample ASPXpage that sends a username to a HTML page as a post

I need a ASPX page that has two fields a username and a password and a submit button. When the submit button is clicked I want the code behind to send the username to a standard html page as a post and the HTML page to display it in a div. This is some sample code where I will be taking the username and password and checking it in an LDAP server and passing on the email address to the HTML page. You do not need to do any LDAP or fancy CSS. All I need is the code. Get it to work on your local and that will be fine. No PHP. Do it in either C# or VB.NET
