Looking for an experienced developer to build backend of chat web application. Majority of the front-end will already be built. Just need someone with a lot of experience in ASP.net, c#, javascript, Ajax, and doing integrations. THIS IS FOR EXPERIENCED DEVELOPERS ONLY. Essentially I am looking for someone full stack because there will be some front end work as well. The web application will also need a web api made at the end of complete build out also, so that we can easily make and add integration into it, just like other chat applications (I can provide examples if needed). The developer must have experience doing integrations because there are a lot . Please review the attached document to see what is requested of phase 1. Phase 2 will be created once phase 1 is complete. If you have any other questions please let me know. MUST KNOW ENGLISH WELL! Please provide examples of web applications you have worked on or built.
