Fix Some Bugs in some HTML code

I am writing some code as part of an educational app. The code contains some math expressions written is ASCII math and rendered using the Mathjax library.
There are multiple choice questions and the user will have to click on a radio button to select the right choice.
However when a math expression is used in the choices, it causes the radio buttons to be duplicated twice or three times a shown in the screenshot attached to the project. Also, if the answer is long, it overflows into the next answer as shown.
Here is what i want:
1. Make the radio buttons display just once no matter what.
2. Let the div containing the answer automatically expand to accommodate the math expressions.
