Developing a Google Form

I need a custom form maker almost same like FORM +

This form will be used to take custom gift item from customer.

I made a form Using form+

[url removed, login to view]

But after developing there should be option for me, so that I can change all value or add remove items / fields from that form.

This form should connect to my google drive. The collected data will go to excel sheet and the images will go to certain folder in google drive.
