Hi! Do you need to develop in Ruby? I can build it for you using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript in Frontend and for Backend I use Java with Hibernate. My understanding of the project: This project looks like it will be straightforward to build with Rails. User, membership login and registration can be done out of the box with the Devise gem, with potential for extension for password resets, OAuth, and other such user management features. The unique content per user is easily restricted and locked down with a Devise helper in Rails. From the sounds of it you'll also need S3 integration, which shouldn't be a huge task either. It could be done using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or pretty much any other SQL server which is supported under ActiveRecord. Why choose me? I'm a software engineer as a day job.
