Build a React/Redux front-end web application

I'm a web developer building a React application that will interact with the Google Drive API. The application should be able to:
# Create a Google Drive folder
# Create text files in that Google Drive folder
# List all of the files in a Google Drive folder
# Click a file name to edit that text file by loading it into a WSYWIG Markdown editor, ideally on top of [login to view URL]
# Save edited file back to Google Drive
We're using ES6 with Babel and Webpack. Redux for app state and eventually Relay/GraphQl, but that is down the road.
I'd like to start with a relatively small scope for the first milestone to build a relationship with the right person to continuously develop the app. This position requires someone with excellent ES6 JS skills and lots of cutting edge React experience.
