Build an Online Store

Need someone to work on Magento Project. Below are the requirements: - We need to be able to create ‘kits’. i.e. merge items together and create it as a special or ‘discounted’ product. Discount should appear in the Cart. Also once the item is sold, it should amend the stock of the individual items it is made up from. - Add a drop down at checkout page so that people can input delivery times at maybe 2 hour intervals from 10 am to 7 pm. - On selecting Pay on delivery (Cash/Card on Delivery) currently status becomes Pending – We need to make it "Pending Payment". - When Online payment fails order status becomes "Pending" We need to make it "Online Payment Failure".
