Our store is in early stage where we have around 200 items of fine & fashion jewelry. Now we are trying to add more categories/products and change the front design of the store. The project will allow us to start optimizing listings and get things set-up. Afterwards, if we are satisfied we would like to bring the right applicant on for a part OR full time job. We have an eBay store and an Amazon store and are looking for someone who can help us manage our listings and build out great templates (eBay) from Themes or by remixing code. Job skills: 1) Creation Manager: You must be able to help us launch a unique Responsive eBay template with perfect responsiveness. After it’s built (either by you or the project of having them built may be managed by you), we will have you port over all of our current listings into the store using the new templates. Approximately 200 listings total. 2) Ecommerce management work: You need good SEO experience, web copywriting, and a history of increasing sales for eBay and Amazon stores. Please apply with samples of your best writing and examples of sites that you have helped both on eBay and Amazon. Must have experience with apps such as Terapeak and Auctiva. We are a small company that is very easy to work with. Skills required: eBay Responsive template design eBay listing experience Amazon listing experience Good understanding and working experience with SEO in relation to Ebay, Amazon, and Google Great research skills Excellent copywriting skills Good English Language Skills Shopify Store management a huge plus. Hello, my name is Sam Roll and I am very interested in your opening for eBay sellers. I have been selling various items on eBay now for some time and am very familiar with writing good titles and descriptions, keeping up on sales, and interacting with customers. One of my most important qualities as a seller is timelines, I always respond to buyers within hours of purchase. More experience and info includes working at AMC Movie Theaters for 2 1/2 years, but recently quitting because I am a college student at Colorado State University, heavily strapped for cash, so I will do a VERY thorough, satisfactory job. Let me explain to you further how I could boost your sales and productivity: From my experience with online selling and specifically eBay selling, I have developed numerous tactics and strategies to not only manage my listings and sales, but also attract buyers. First of all, pictures are key. Alot of the cover photos for products on eBay make the item look like a ripoff item, or like a sketchy purchase. It is important to draw images directly from the product (ideally hand held images of the product taken by the seller) or ones you'd find on amazon. Second of all, the title is the first thing they see for the product, so it is vital to grabbing their eye, yet at the same time keeping it professional. Using all caps is a quick eye grab, but overdoing it can look unprofessional. For you items, a title might look something like "MEN'S FRAGRANCE *Product Name*." The capitalization of the first words grabs the buyers eye and attracts them to your product, but then correct capitalization and lower cases in the actual product name following that keeps it professional and legitimate. The first capitalized words now simply seem like a category definer, and part of the professionalism. Finally, the description I find to be best if you EMPHASIZE your willingness to respond to questions from the buyer, prompt responses and shipments, and ALWAYS a conformation message upon purchase, assuring the customer that their payment has been received, we more than appreciate their business, and we hope their experience and product they find to be more than satisfactory. The description should not be obviously generalized for all items and copy and pasted, but looking like they are buying from a HUMAN seller, while maintaining a level of professionalism. Finally, I tend to organize all my listings on a physical notepad, keeping track of when things were listed and when they'll expire, what still needs to be paid for or shipped or have a message sent to, and keeping up on replying never becomes a problem because I do it immediately.
