Organizing Adobe Flex / Apache Flex code and ASP.NET code into Project Solution -- Repost

We currently have a source code for an application that was developed using FLEX and ASP.NET the FLEX source was been compiled with the FLEX framework and was never organized into the Adobe FLEX Development environment (We need to organize it on the latest version of Adobe FLEX that as far as i know is FLEX 4.7). What we need is someone that is very good working with FLEX and Also have skills on Visual Studio ASP development. We need the code that was never organized in the Adobe FLEX environment to be organized there into a single project and that project needs to be able to Compile and generate the Actual SWF files that need to be generated and the project should be able to be used to further development the application. ALL the ASP code MUST be reorganized into a NEW VISUAL STUDIO 2017, development project so together with the FLEX generated files can be used to further develop the Solution as well.
