Basic HTML5 WebBrowser App running local web files

Basic html5 compatible browser that loads pages from app local storage (webpages not accessible from outside the app). No navigation buttons or URL textboxes. On source code, make directory for HTML to be compiled into app. If possible, include HTML files as resource rather than files in app folder. Menu button on top left opens a slide-in from top, downward to view nav.html. Page title is loaded into text label on top of nav view. Currently viewed page title is listed on top center bar of main app. Time/Date and Battery from StatusBar (relocated) on top right of main app. Graphics should stretch or shrink to fit screen. Initial loaded page is “[login to view URL]” Splash Screen is always shown when app is started or returned to. When app is first run, show splash screen for 4seconds. On returns, show splash for 1.5 to 2 seconds. Use splash screen image when showing card in task switcher. Deliverables is source code and project ready to compile in XCODE for all iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV) and Android Studio for modern android devices. Get title text for splash screen from the page title of file “[login to view URL]”. Get copyright text row 1 for splash screen from the file “[login to view URL]” from tag/class “CopyRightTag1” Get copyright text row 2 for splash screen from the file “[login to view URL]” from tag/class “CopyRightTag2” On an Android, assign physical menu button, while using the app, to the Nav Menu Button. On Apple TV, the menu button should open the nav view. Graphics should look the same no matter what device or screen resolution it’s running on. Graphics files will be supplied. If multiple versions (resolutions) of graphics are needed, I will need the required graphics specs.
