I can give you a little advice. 1. if the revenue is verified it's about a years worth of revenue. that is not too bad of a deal. 2. question to ask .. is the revenue coming from inactive ads like google ads or is he actively selling the advertising himself. 3. if it's from in active advertising, how much time do you have to increase that number by pro actively getting more advertisers. If not do you have time to keep the work up need to keep getting advertisers. 4. what does it take to keep the site active.. what is it? 5. have you thought about taking on a partner with it? a few things for you to think about. /Ron
