I need someone to develop a series of Django web panels designed to assist a user to work with data to be published on the site. You will be given access to a test django site with a stub application and sample model file, test database pre-populated with test data with sample code as a demonstration as to how I need a parent table populated. You will be hired to adapt this code to create working instances of several more detailed child instances through web forms. Use will be centred around a DB/web table of raw, crudely broken up data. Users should be able to select multiple entries in the table and select 1..n entries to work with. These entries should be split out into sections on a second page where the user can select one of the more detailed types of entries that these should be associated with. The raw data will be displayed side by side with the detailed form where they can either copy and paste from raw data to populate the detailed form data or get it by some other means and enter manually. Fields in the detail form will be prepopulated by parsing for specifically formatted strings in the raw data. All I care about here is functionality, no styling necessary. Forms are submitted with jquery. The final site should be arranged in a way that makes sense and lends itself to efficient data transformation. Any entered data should be savable at any time. There should be some indication of partially completed data on the raw data screen. Rows will not disappear from the raw data screen until they have final submission at which point they will become active on the remainder of the site. I am attaching a more thorough description. Project should be completed in one week at the most.
