I need a website for conducting and selling Online tests for various competitive exams.

Website can be made in any existing CMSs or custom made. The back end of the website should be user friendly (any body with a basic computer knowledge should be able to work in that).
The website should include all the features in the above said example websites. That include but not limited to Login (mobile login with OTP), Mock tests, Test results, Test analysis, Free and paid test series, etc.
The website should be fast loading and mobile friendly (Very Important. See the example websites in mobile).
i will not pay until the website is fully ready (I have experience with freelancers not completing work after paying some milestones). All the milestones will be paid only after fully completing the work.
