Use brands attribute to create brand categories and assign products to these categories

Please provide a link to your Magento shop. This can be achieved in two ways: manually creating categories in backend and assigning products, or using an extension from fishpig site that allows you to create brand pages based on the brand attribute. Let me know which way you preffer. Thanks
