Hi we are wanting to build a simple website for people to get second opinion on investments options like mutual funds, equity, insurance etc. The focus market is India. We prefer open source platforms and free templates to be used to reduce cost. The following are the things we need on the website.
1) List of experts with their profile ( Picture + data )
2) Rating of these experts. ( Rating with comments to be done by admin as well as users)
3) A form to ask questions. ( the form once filled & sent should shoot a mail to a specific ID)
4) A scroll of the all the questions asked with their answers on the home page.
5) Around 10 pages with content like about us, Why OC etc ..
6) Signin for users with a simple summary page showing questions they asked and asnwers they got.
7) All the answers to be inputted by admin from backend.
8) Freelancers from India preferred.
9) The budget mentioned is negotiable
10) Logo
