WHO ARE WE? Haldus Studio is a new web and design agency based in Switzerland. We are a small company that offers our clients a professional and quality service at reasonable prices. SCOPE OF PROJECT To design a promotional four page A5 flyer which will help to gain exposure for our business as well as inform potential new clients of the services we offer. We will require two flyers to be designed. The layout and design of both will be the same but one will be in English and the other in French. We will provide all content. Size: A5 Format: Ready for print format (PDF, EPS, or TIFF) as well as source file(s) (.ai, .psd, .indd etc) TARGET MARKET We are targeting mainly local businesses and individuals who run a small part time business. We expect our clients will purchase different products from us on a recurring basis (website, SEO, hosting and e-mail). IMAGE & THEME We would like the flyer to reflect the current Haldus website logo, colours, fonts and theme ([login to view URL]). We consider the current website to be professional, upmarket and friendly. We will supply the Haldus company logo and main image. GOAL The A5 flyer should help us to gain exposure for our business as well as inform potential new clients of the services we offer. We expect the flyer to prompt potential new clients to call or e-mail us to request more information about our services. We will offer new clients 10% off their first project with us if they state they are in possession of one of our A5 flyers. We will measure the success of the flyer according to the number of new clients that request our services using the 10% discount. PREVIOUS MARKETING MATERIALS Haldus is a new web and design and as such we have not previously used any marketing materials. We are happy to take advice from you in regards to what is effective according to your past and present experience. Number of pages needed: 4 Content on the front/back side and body: Title, logo, slogan, images and text Ideas for the visual style: To tie in with the current website.
