Need two certification badge designs - .ai / Illustrator / vector format with editable text

We are a medical clinic looking to feature (2) badges on our site in addition to the existing badges we have. They must be editable vectors in case we need to change the text in the future.

Please provide color AND black and white versions. Get creative...but they MUST look professional. Samples of other badges attached.
Dimensions:
Creative file must be high resolution: 600 x 600px, 300dpi (we use these for print too)
That means you are providing
– ONE (1) Illustrator file, packaged with four (4) badge artworks (b/w and color versions of the 2 badges mentioned)
– TWO (2) transparent PNG exports of "Premier Vein Center"
– TWO (2) transparent PNG exports of " Voted one of the best vein clinic nationwide"
