I need the whole shipping section on my wordpress website done. -- 4

I need someone to input and configure all the shipping information on my WordPress website for me such as shipping price, size and weight of items etc. I need this done as soon as possible ( Only respond if you can start now) I also need an ebook that sin my shopping section to be made as a free downloadable instead of a paid item. currently this e-book is listed as free however when you add it to the cart it charges for $7 shipping and doesn't allow the user to download the book.
