I need some Graphic Design

We are a new start-up company looking for a couple designers to help us grow our newest venture. We do small business website designs with a special emphasis on Localized SEO. We are looking for a full-time designer to join our team that is interested in long-term employment. Our company is run by very successful internet marketing professionals with over 17+ years experience. Do you want to be a part rapidly growing company with room for advancement? What do we require from applicants? I am looking for a graphics designer who is experienced in designing Website Slider & Header Images, Social Media Cover Images, And Logos. We are looking for team players who work well in small groups. Even if those other team members are thousands of miles away. So strong communication skills are required. All applicants must follow directions and complete daily reports without constant supervision. You must be available to work sometime between the hours of 10:00am - 10:00pm Pacific standard time. What would help? Things that would help but are not required are WordPress Search & Social Marketing Copy Writing / Content Writing Email Marketing / Sales Funnels Programming What kind of people should apply?
