Making a website for Azure expert with Node.JS skills

I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build my personal website.
The website will need a domain name( I will provide through GoDaddy
The website is so simple, because I just need a login portal (just standard user name and password) , once correct username and password being put through, the website comes to the real front end. And the front end is just a simple “ hellos world” page.
The reason I am doing this is because I have encountered difficulties in my own website implementation, so just need a experienced developer to walk me through.
Here comes to the tricky part, the web service needs to be on Microsoft Azure, and the webpage coding language needs to be Node.JS Basically I need people familiar with Microsoft Azure and Node.JS
Please talk to me if you have the skill on Azure and Node.JS and know how to connect to the Godaddy domain services. I don’t need other languages and other clouds.
