Looking for simply the best of the best Code Igniter coders and designers -- 2 - 10/01/2018 12:32 EST

I have a project that is 90% finished but there are some issues that I think I will want additional professionalism. You must be highly reviewed, understand and can make changes in Code Igniter on the fly and have flexible work hours. If you have a great background in design including photoshop, illustrator, adobe after effects, and fireworks that is a real plus. I live in the US so it would be beneficial (obviously) to me to have someone that is not at work while I am asleep. This is probably a time to time need, so there is no "project" meaning start to finish. This will be more along the way of "I need you to look into this for me and fix it." We can do each project through Freelancer payments, but I need to know your skills, hours of work, hourly work rate, and examples of your success. I have no use for someone that simply cannot settle in and work on a problem and give a quick solution. I am looking for experienced programmers/designers.
