Looking for CAT (Computer Adaptive Testing) – IRT (Item response theory) full stack developer / programmer.

We are an E-learning & M-Learning company early stage company (kids/primary mobile aps, competitive exam mobile apps, web based pre-hire basement platform. We are also working on the early stages of our pre-hire assessment platform based on Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) and Item Response theory (IRT) We are very close knit team of 4-5 people 1. Strategy guy (UK) 2. Operations girl (India) 3. Code guy 1 / bit of UI / UX (India) 4. Code guy 2 (India) 5. Picasso Artist (India) (mostly remote) UK & India and work well together. Our developers are very capable of coding almost anything, what we are looking for is specific skills and experience (CAT & IRT algorithm coding) to help and Accelerate the development and design of the engine / assessment Portal. This is a very streamlines role Ideally you would will be • Experienced developer needed to assist with Ideally you would have • 5-10 years’ experience in CAT & IRT algorithms within HR assessment or E-learning company – coding / programming. • Have worked for E-Learning or assessment company or done projects for similar company • Full Stack developer (high level view with good UI / UX exposure – not just code) • Be available for interview on Skype – Video Interview • Able to provide references of your previous work • Would be located in India or UK (Midlands) o If you are super-duper – location should not be a problem. • Able to attend video meetings 1-2 times a week and with SLA of 1 hour reply on skype.
