We are looking for a long-term (permanent) programming team to help us build and manage a directory site. The site will contain classified listing of names, addresses, companies, emails, phones etc (We already have this database). Visitors can come to the site to find people's contact info based on industry, location and income level. Besides the directory feature, we want the site to serve as local classifieds and forums for jobs, housing, business for sale, things for sale etc. Ecommerce feature will need to be implemented so members can sell stuff to other members. Members can also pay a fee and post ad to any directory that they want to target in. All the details and specs for this project have already been completed, including all the designs. And we are ready to get started ASAP. Your quote should be mainly focus on coding/development only. No Design is needed.
Requirements:
1.) You must be capable of following our designs/layouts exactly as they are shown, pixel to pixel! You will need to pay extreme attention to every detail. Quality is a MUST! Our firm specializing in developing high profile websites so we can't work with someone who can't follow our layouts!!
2.) User Interface and User Experience Design are extremely important to every site we built. You must follow our designer's direction and always be collaborative.
3.) Be On time!
4.) DO NOT promise what you can't deliver.
5.) The site structure MUST be compatible in both Standard (internet) and Mobile devices.
6.) The site MUST be compatible and look the same across all browsers.
7.) You must be willing to provide new suggestions/ideas and always push the envelope on how to make the site better.
